Village Histories Empty

Okay, I just want to ask the mods if they could come up with a brief history for their villages. Doesn't have to be too detailed or extensive, just enough to establish what's happened. For example:

After Kiri was established, Zanza Hayashi was chosen to be the First Mizukage. Determined to make The Hidden Mist Village the strongest of all shinobi villages, he instituted a brutal academy graduation that required students to fight to the death, so that only the strongest would survive. Because of this, Kiri became known as the Blood Mist Village to outsiders. This practice was continued under the Second Mizukage, Shura Maki, who made a point of isolating the village even further from outsiders, believing that they could only rely on themselves.

It wasn't until the Third Mizukage, Kaito Hirohata, that these unforgiving practices were abolished. Kaito attempted to make Kiri a more peaceful place, and to smooth over the village's image with other nations. Though partially successful, there are many amongst Kiri and the Land of Water who still believe that the village should return to its vicious ways, and most outsiders have not forgotten their history. After the Third Mizukage died while defending the village against the Eight-Tailed Bijuu, his successor was chosen, Asami Yuki. As the Fourth Mizukage, she continues to lead the village by his example.

So just...like one or two paragraphs. You can be more detailed if you want, but I want to flesh out the world's history a little more than just 'the nations are isolated and on the brink of war'.

ON IT!

Iwa-

It has been twenty years since the earthquake that tore the Village Hidden in the Earth apart. The earthquake devastated the area along the fault line where the village was located. The amount of deaths were large, but the damage was also threatening to blow apart the organization that the village had worked so hard to keep. It was a long and hard battle, but the Tsuchikage was determined to make sure that no outside village found out about the condition that Iwa is in.

It took fifteen long years for Iwa to be rebuilt, with many homes incorporated in to the earth or underground. Iwa was able to bond and come together as a nation, though along with this new bond came a hatred for anyone that was from outside of the village. A national pride is often felt amongst shinobi of Iwa, at least those that had lived during the recreation of their home. Iwa considers its own suffering to be a proclamation of the strength the village was capable of.

Kenshin currently serves as the Tsuchikage, a kind leader but one that is also against Iwa making allies with any village. While Kenshin is not interested in making enemies, he is also not under any obligation to make friends. He will look after his own village before getting involved anywhere else.

Kumogakure was an archetypical hidden village for most of its lifespan, spending most of the time engaged in petty plots to gain a trivial advantage over the other villages, and constantly at or at the brink of war. Though perhaps not as cruel as Kiri's practice of ritual genin-slaughter, Kumo became famous for their gladiator pits, where everyone from prisoners of war, captured civilians, debtors, orphans or just ninja looking for a challenge, would fight for a chance at glory and wealth.

The reformation came, unlikely as it may seem, from those very pits, when the reigning gladiator became the Raikage, and after seizing power, he reformed the village, and eventually control over the Land of Clouds altogether. Though still as nationalistic as before, now every member of the country has at least some level of military and ninja training, allowing them the security to full isolate themselves from the rest of the world, taking a stance of pure neutrality. Though now much more humane, the gladiator pits remain active and are considered cultural heritage.
