Junko Ningyo

Junko sighed from relieve when Kitsune shot down the ideas of massages. The sighing was, of course, simulated. It was something she worked hard to make a habit out of to better emulate her organic counterparts. Not as simple of a task as people made it look, the understanding of the appropriate use alone took her over a year to master after she was first activated.

But the group had moved off toward their shared room, dragging her dufflebag with her. Kitsune unlocked the door and was the first to venture inside, followed by Hideo and then Junko herself. Kitsune was as ungraceful as ever in her approach as she sprawled across the floor in front of them, as Hideo claimed his cot while trying to give Kitsune a second chance. Junko know that she didn't need a bed, she was happy enough to sit on the floor and enter low power-mode, it was truly no bother but organics had a tendency to forgo comfort unless they were truly content in their action.

Junko placed her dufflebag under the last remaining cot before sitting on top. Grabbing the pillow that adorned the cot, she threw it at Kitsune after making her mind up that she didn't require it, "You can have this then, it seems only fair, right?"

Kitsune caught the pillow with a grin, "Sounds fair enough." She lifted her legs over her head in a somewhat clumsy stretch before sprawling on the floor proper. She turned towards Hideo and grinned deviously, "Yeah, everything is alright down here, although there's always room for one more, hehe..." She immediately flipped onto her stomach, however, signaling to everyone that she wouldn't be all that mischievous tonight, "But for now, I think it's good with just one." As soon as she finished speaking, she started snoring with all the grace of a missing kunoichi from the rural Sand.

(I was waiting for Gohan, but maybe can jump on in a bit)

Hideo Hyuuga

Hideo would pass off his own heavy wool blanket Kitsune as well, "Well if you change your mind you know where to find me. He removed his heavy coat, some of his meager assortment of tools and trinkets were within and clinked when he spread the heavy coat over the cot where the Hideo would also remove his belt and place it across the cot under his pillow. It would leave Hideo sufficiently clothed enough to not embarrass Junko, yet lightly clothed enough not to be too hot in the evening, with this done he removed his hard soled sandals and snuggled in under his coat and the sheets laid out for him on the cot, his final act before sleeping was to undo the blindfold that kept his eyes hidden and simply drape it across his face.

It wouldn't be too long before the young man was fast asleep, his shikomizue, laying at arms reach on the ground next to his bed, there in case he needed anything of it.

Junko Ningyo

Junko laid on her bed as the organics all seemed to give into their need to sleep. She stared at the ceiling as she reviewed todays memories, for a simple stop over visit it had been quite fun for her. It wasn't often that she got to befriend people she didn't know, she couldn't wait to tell Akane about it when she got back to the group. Her new friends Kitsune and Hideo.

She turned her head to look out the window as a thick fog slowly hide the view of the village from sight as her updated her memory files to include her new friends. She wanted to make sure she didn't forget them.

//Profiles = Update // "Friends" + new profiles.
//Profile + Kitsune = Update/ image stored/ profile stored.
//Profile + Hideo = Update/ image stored/ profile stored.

// "Friends" = Update Complete.

Junko sighed and turned her head back to look at the ceiling again. She may not have needed sleep, but even a creature as artificial as herself still somehow felt lonely in such peaceful silence. Closing her eyes Junko activated her systems stand-by mode as her chakra network slowly shutdown and her higher 'brain' functions reduced to a low power mode.

//System = Standy-By. . . Message = "Pleasant dreams KCLP-02 - Kaito Corporation".

Junko 'slept' the rest of the night, her body laying dormant in the same place she had entered stand-by mode in. It was very early in the morning when the door to their room slowly slid open. The footsteps fell lighter then leafs gliding to the ground as several figures stepped in and around the room, positioning themselves over the sleeping Shinobi. They barely disturbed the silence, not even Junko's enhanced hearing could pick them up. The one thing that couldn't be disguised though, was the sound of blades unsheathing.

// Alert = Audio disturbance detected //System = Start up // Chakra network = Active // System check = 100%

Junko's eyes snapped open to see what had 'awoke' her from her stand-by. A woman standing over her bed, a large ninjato in her hand and a crazied, look of enjoyment on her face. The tavern owner stood over Kitsune as Hideo had another, older woman, standing over him. Her chakra network was to slow to activate however, as the woman plunged the blade downward with all the force she could muster, piecing through Junko's chest, right where her heart would be and spearing into the bed...

(I may have gotten a little carried away when writing this.....)

"Ahhhhh, I can't wait to get into the hot springs!" Surama exclaimed jubilantly. He was stretching and was washing himself next to the building. BANG! The loud noise echoed throughout the empty hot springs. Yet, this could not deter Surama's upbeat mood. "Musta been someone peeping in the other bath! Ahahah!" He said, with a huge smile on his face. He finished washing himself and wrapped his towel around his waist and stretched again as he stood up. He made his way over to the pool of steaming water. Humming to himself, he prepared to enter the water...

BANG! BANG BANG! CRASH!

Sitting up against the wall, Surama returned to reality. His eyes remained closed, and his breathing was uneven. Moving any muscle in his body seemed like a chore forced upon him by some satanic creature. After a moment, he recognized the sound of footsteps shuffling into his room. Two... No, Three. What did they want? He raised his head ever so slightly, and opened his right eye to no more than a slit. He saw three human figures standing, eyes wild, preparing to attack him. A large cleaver, a hammer, and sword, he noted. He let out a heavy sigh. "Fuck, that was a pleasant dream... I don't understand what is happening, or what your plan is, but your making a big mistake."

The one holding a hammer moved first. He swung the rounded end down towards Surama's head. His movement was rugged, clearly not that of a trained fighter. While sitting, Surama simply hit the man's wrist with an open palm using his right hand, pushing the assailants attack easily to his left, and forcing the man off balance. Surama placed his palm on the ground and spun himself, hitting the back of the man's knee with his outstretched leg.

As he finished this move, the one with the sword moved. She was faster, obviously skilled in its use, but something was off, as the movements were not completely fluid. Surama pushed off the ground and his back slammed into the wall with a loud thud. He sent a chakra string to his short sword sitting on the bed and pulled it to him. He quickly unsheathed it and used it to block the next three swings by the woman. After the third swing, they locked blades for a moment. She was the youngest of the trio, looking to be in her early twenties, but what stood out was her eyes, a beautiful bright blue, but clouded with the sense of insanity. Her eyebrows were furrowed and the eyelids were opened in a different way in each eye. What in the... The man with the cleaver made his move and swung down.

Surama kicked the woman in her stomach, forcing her onto her back on the floor and then swung his sword at the weapon. The two met with a sharp noise, as Surama's strike forced it out of the man's hands and into the wall, below the window. Threw his shoulder into the overweight man's chest, slamming him into the wall next to the cleaver, although out of arms reach. He jammed his short sword deep into his shoulder, sticking him to the wall. He quickly sidestepped, the woman's blade just missing him and sticking deep into the opposite shoulder of the butcher. Perfect. Surama immediately raised his arms and slammed his elbow into the center of the woman's face. Wasting no time, he turned, grabbed her now bloodied face with his hand and slammed her head into the ground, rendering her unconscious.

"What a fucking mess. Where is that hot springs when you need it..."

"Kitsune! Get off your ass. Your peers have gone through the obstacle course twice already and you're only a fourth of the way through your first lap! I know country folk are slow in the head but you can do a little better."

The scene was a Suna training ground out in the desert... She must have just been promoted to a chuunin, judging from her uniform... Yelling in her ear was her favorite drill sergeant in the shinobi corps, good ol' Maemi-sensei. She was an old fart with neither a clan nor a patron behind her, not too unlike Kitsune. At the time she thought she was only hard on her to make her better, but over time it was clear that Maemi felt threatened by Kitsune's impressively quick rise through the corps. Kitsune's mastery over her bloodline limit despite her severed connections with her clan had caught the attention of many higher ups. During one particularly tough training session, the Kazekage visited the new chuunin corps and dropped the word 'prodigy' when referring to her. That earned Kitsune an extra lap on the eleven mile circuit from Maemi.

On this particular day, Kitsune had just gotten back from her first B-Rank mission when Maemi got her to work. That she was lagging should have been no surprise, fucking bitch. Even in her dreams, Maemi was as dreadful as ever...

She collapsed onto the glowing sand dune in a heap of exhaustion. Maemi stood over her, grinning her ever charming smile, "Having a little a trouble there, country girl? Here take a kunai... to the throat-"

Kitsune's burst open as the tavern owner tried to drive his blade into sternum, salivating like a wild dog. Her body moved faster than her thoughts, her palms striking and dislocating the shoulder of the old man out of instinct. She followed her palm strike with a disorienting kick to his temple as he tried to elbow her face as he fell. The old man slid across the ground before Junko's cot broke his flight. Kitsune was only able to briefly watch the old woman's ningato pierce Junko's chest before the old man was running at her yet again, this time with his blade between his teeth. Kitsune cursed under her breath, as she rolled backward while drawing her knuckle knives. "What's going on here?!"

Hideo Hyuuga

Dreamless sleep, it was something nice that Hideo reveled in, it allowed him reprieve from the nightmares of when he slept alone, or at least not in the presence of someone else. Perhaps that was why he was so eager to take Kitsune up on her offer. Perhaps not.

However his sleep would be cut short but the mechanical sound of their door opening, the hinges grinding, soundlessly to most, and the foot falls of hard soled shoes. Three intruders. All armed. All going to strike.

However, his friends were already on the move, Junko waking first followed by Kitsune all dodging their respective attacks, with the old woman, the chef, Hideo imagined coming down at his midsection with a cleaver as if trying to make split roast out of the blind man. Hideo's knees came up to his chest as he rolled back on his shoulders, and then like a spring let his body unfold upon the arm and cleaver as the pierced the cot upon which he slept, pinning the attack in place. Hideo's far leg would come around and kick the old woman in the face.

Hideo didn't like hitting women. But wasn't unaccustomed to having to defend himself.

Rolling out of bed Hideo followed the swift kick to the face with a heel kick from his other leg so he was standing up, his hands fastening his blindfold to his face. The heel kick sending old woman flying into the younger woman, unconscious. A foot slipped under his Shikomizue and tossed the cane looking sword up to his waiting hand in what had to be a fairly practiced move.

"We've obviously outstayed our welcome." Hideo responded in a cute quip to Kitsune, Pulling his belt from the bed, remember exactly where it was and whipping it around his waist, quickly locking it in place in a move that also had to be greatly practiced. "Junko you okay?" Obviously Hideo wasn't concerned, the woman wasn't dead by far, even through the combat he could still hear tell-tell sounds of her life that he'd identified her by earlier.
