Weapon(s): Has Air Tunnels planted in to his arms. Several explosive grenades, and a collapsible bow with a quiver of arrows. His primary weapon though is the collapsible wings on his back. He can jump from large heights and use it like a parachute, or he can use his other means to make himself fly.
Fighting Style: Takai is a long range fighter specialist that attempts to fly around his opponent and bombard them. He uses a mixture of explosives, long range weapons, and wind ninjutsu in order to fight his opponent from afar. He uses his wind jutsus to propel him in to the air and fight from above.

History

Takai was an engineer in Ame at a young age, using his mind to create various tools and weapons for the Rain Village. His life was normal until about the age of twenty when his mother was killed in a strange fashion. Those who witnessed the attack said it was a man, while others said that it was some form of a monster.

Takai did not believe much in spirits at that point, not until he was able to track down the man one day. The man himself seemed normal enough, but his eyes....something was wrong with those eyes. Takai didn't know how to place it, but the man's eyes seemed to be pitch black...and yes it was more like staring in to a pit rather than nothing at all. The fight that took place was short, and Takai was clearly defeated. The man seemed to vanish from that point.

Takai gave up his life as an engineer after that, focusing on becoming a better fighter after his encounter. However, he has recently left Ame after receiving an invitation from a man that claims that he can explain to Takai who, or what, killed his mother.
