Personality: To the amateur psychologist, she'd appear to be a paranoid schizophrenic, claiming that large conspiracies govern the world. She renounced her original name and took up a code name to "deceive the eyes," because "they can only know what they can see." Although she had been previously willing to become a ninja, the onset of her "illness" invoked an uneasiness about fighting and killing, while her lackadaisical attitude seems to be all about "preventing the premeditated course from happening," which some people might just call "destiny."

Fighting Style: Ouka treats violence as an absolute last resort. Thus, her fighting style usually consists of getting the crud kicked out of her, hiding, or running away. She tries to rely on her innate intelligence to keep her out of most brawls in the first place.
History
Every town has it's local color, and Ouka is considered to be part of Issaigakure's by the locals. Having has previously no behavioral problems, Ouka suddenly became erratic and paranoid, mumbling that she "didn't fit into the fabric of the world," and that she "could see everything clearly." Having been set on a course that promised certain graduation and a promising career, Ouka began to ditch class and shirked off other responsibilities. It's not unusual to not-see her for long stretches of time which has nothing at all to do with the fact that I'm a busy person.
