Personality: Kouta generally just lazes around doing whatever, or more generally nothing. At some level the enthusiasm for being a ninja remains, but it only rarely shows itself when he practices very occasionally.

Weapon(s): Kouta carries standard ninja gear, though replaces most of the kunai and shuriken usually carried with smoke bombs. Along with that, he carries a single sword, and has several more stored in small seals on his hands.
Fighting Style: In the rare event of actually fighting, Kouta uses the simpler forms of gentle fist to attack internal organs with chakra bursts. Aside from academy level techniques and the basic summoning technique for his weapons, the only ninjutsu he's put any work into learning are lightning element attacks, though he hasn't managed anything worthwhile.

He'll use his sword if hes running low on chakra, or his opponent has a weapon out he doesn't think he can engage hand to hand with. When sword fighting, he uses a one handed style, and occasional draw techniques. He isn't very good though.

History

Kouta initially set out to become a great ninja, but early on ran into some road blocks with his gentle fist training, having a good deal of trouble each step of the way. Eventually, never satisfactorily able to see chakra points, he gave up on fulfilling the clan's expectations, ditched the village and entered Suna's academy on his own terms. The clan allowed him to leave due to his shoddy performance, but first put a seal on his eyes which will cause them to implode if ever taken out of his head, to prevent him from being of any use.

After graduating, he never really got around to putting in for a team, and just does occasional D ranked missions when he needs the money, otherwise spending his time loafing, drinking and partying. The few times he actually gets around to practicing any ninjutsu, he's taken to experimenting with small amounts of lightning chakra, though without much success.
